CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOLIDAY SURF CAMPS:

We will reschedule a lesson in the event the swell is massive or the wind is gale force. In the event your child is unable to participate in the rescheduled lesson, we will refund you or credit your term-time weekly surf lesson package (if the latter is applicable). We do not cancel in the event of rain or moderate wind. Our philosophy is that surfing in various conditions is good for improvement and confidence in the ocean. If for any reason your child can not make one of the surf camp days, we need at least 16 hours notice (i.e. by 4pm the day prior). This can affect the number of vehicles we use, the number of coaches required and also allows us time to try and fill the slot with those waitlisted for the camp. In this instance, we can pass a credit for use on the next camp or you may find a friend to fill the slot. If you cancel WITHIN 16 hours of collection for any reason, that lesson will be forefeited (for the reasons detailed above).
